If someone else is picking up the order, please let us know their full name and remind them to bring I.D and a digital copy of the receipt.• To confirm receipt of the items and avoid issues, we will take a photograph as proof and send it to you.

We will investigate and inspect the product itself, and we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount if the product returned does not constitute a defect in our reasonable opinion. We also reserve the right to refuse refund and return. We will send it back to your address, and you will need to pay for the shipping fees.​
