ABOUT GIZELLA
GIZELLA was founded in 2015 and officially launched in 2021 by its owner and founder, Gizella Calingo, who specializes in original handmade and hand-sculpted set designs, props, décor, makeup, and costumes.
Gizella Calingo is self-taught and have acquired her skills independently. She combines both traditional handcraftsmanship with modern techniques and machines including, 3D Printing and Laser Cutting.
Props are kept as keepsakes and memorabilia, and most are either thrown away, returned, donated, or, sadly, refunded after use (this is frowned upon).
GIZELLA presents a collection that has multipurpose functionality and can be repurposed and reused across various industries.
"Create and style anything you desire" - Gizella Calingo

THE STORY OF GIZELLA
"As an Australian-Filipina who grew up in Singapore and Thailand, I have had the privilege of living and travelling in seven different countries 🌍, including The Philippines 🇵🇭, Hong Kong 🇭🇰, Singapore 🇸🇬, Malaysia 🇲🇾, Thailand 🇹🇭, Cambodia 🇰🇭, and Australia 🇦🇺, since I was six years old. This has allowed me to learn and appreciate diverse stories that appeal to different cultures around the world and inspired my collections."
